National newspaper (circulation 10,000) to strengthen WMO-Wijzer as a knowledge centre for the social domain.
With the introduction of a newspaper, WMO-Wijzer aimed to strengthen its position as the national knowledge centre for the social domain. The newspaper was intended to reach a broad audience — municipalities, care providers, and insurers — to achieve significant growth in brand awareness within a short period.
I wrote the project plan and took the lead in the strategic and practical implementation: detailed phasing, milestones, and deadlines for editorial meetings, content collection, and the production and distribution of 10,000 copies throughout the Netherlands.
