Existing agreements on synthetic cannabinoids remain in force

There have been recent reports circulating about blue-coloured hashish potentially containing a synthetic cannabinoid. Following these reports, we have been in contact with the Trimbos-instituut (Dutch Institute for Mental Health and Addiction).
