Amsterdam Coalition Agreement: i-criterion will not be implemented

Recently, reports have circulated about blue-coloured hashish in which a synthetic cannabinoid may have been found. The reports suggest this hashish was purchased in the Netherlands and later examined by a foreign laboratory. Following these reports, we contacted the Trimbos-instituut (Trimbos Institute, a national research institute for mental health and addiction).
